Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below.

Please note you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to start your return.

How to Return Your Item

Repack Your Items – Use the original packaging if possible. If you no longer have it, place the items in a waterproof and sealable bag. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all labels attached.

Complete the Return Form – Use the order invoice included in your delivery. On the back, fill in the section for exchanges and refunds. Place this form inside the package.

Seal and Send – Ensure your return is securely sealed before sending it back to us.

If returning from outside the UK please select a shipping service of your choice, but please choose a tracked service.

Processing Time

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receiving them. We'll make sure to keep you informed it's all sorted and your refund is on the way. Just so you know - give it about 3-5  working days after refunds notification for the funds to pop up in your account

If you have returned an item for an exchange, please allow up to 7 working days for our returns team to process it. For updates on the status of your return, feel free to contact us.

Lost Or Missing Invoice Slip

If we forgot to include an invoice slip with your order or you have lost it, please include the following details written on a sheet of paper.

Full Name, Address, Order number (if you have this), The name of the items being returned ands if it is for an exchange or refund
