Order Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

Standard processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days.

Cut-off times: Orders placed after their cut-off time will be processed the following working day. Each delivery service has a cut-off time.

High-demand periods: During sale events or new collection launches, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

Delivery Rates & Estimated Timeframes

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated shipping time: Each shipping method has shipping time confirmed at checkout.

Shipping cost: Each shipping method has a shipping cost confirmed at checkout.

Delayed order: An order is not considered delayed until it is outside of the estimated shipping time window stated at checkout.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

B Couture London is a UK-based company.

All international customs, duties and taxes are paid for by B Couture.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

It is the customer's responsibility to track their parcel.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have left our warehouse.

Lost Parcel

Lost Parcels: A parcel is not officially considered "lost" until confirmed by our customer service team. We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier has completed their investigation.

Service Delays (Force Majeure)

B Couture shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timeframes if the delay is caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to: courier strikes, adverse weather, global pandemics, or customs delays.

About Safe Places

Orders may be left in a safe place if no one is available. By placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for parcels left at the delivery address. please contact/email withing 7 days if not received.
