You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return request.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels attached.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our returns portal:

Follow the steps online to select your items, choose a return reason, and select your preferred outcome (refund, exchange, or store credit).
Return Shipping (UK Only)
We use Evri for returns. After completing your return in the portal, you will receive a return label and packing slip.
You can drop off your parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop:

Please ensure your parcel is securely packed before handing it over.
Fees & Returns Options
We offer flexible return options to make the process simple and convenient:
Return Insurance (Optional at Checkout β Β£1.99)
For added peace of mind, you can opt for return insurance at checkout. This means if you need to return your order, your return will be completely free with no handling fees.
We recommend selecting return insurance for the most convenient and hassle-free return experience.
Free Exchanges
Exchanges are completely free, so you can easily swap for a different size or item.
Exchanges are the fastest way to receive your replacement without waiting for your return to be delivered back to us.
UK Returns
If you did not opt for return insurance at checkout, a small Β£4.99 handling fee will apply.Β
This covers the cost of your Evri return shipping label and processing at our warehouse.
No additional deductions will be made.
Important: The handling fee covers return shipping and processing. No additional deductions will be made from your refund.
Exchanges (Fast Processing)
You do not need to wait for your return to reach us.
Once your exchange request is approved, your replacement item will be processed and shipped immediately, subject to stock availability.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 7 working days of being received at our warehouse.
Refunds may take an additional 3β5 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Tracking Your Return
You can track your return through the returns portal using your order details.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please select the appropriate return reason in the portal. These returns are prioritised and handled accordingly.
International Returns
We currently only support returns via our portal for UK customers. If you are returning from outside the UK, you will need to arrange your own return shipment. Please ensure you follow the return instructions and send your parcel to the address below using a tracked service:
